This 858D digital hot air rework soldering station was designed for heat sensitive SMD components, multi-pin integrated circuits, and circuit board components. The pen includes three different adapters to control heat distribution around the specific location of the component. The heat and fan speed can be set to a specific number that is required in order to melt the solder without damaging the component. The pen holder can be mounted on both sides of the station for your convenience. The station features the sleep function when the pen is placed on the holder the fan will remain running until the temperature of the heating element is below 100 degrees.
